Kalee’s Bridal Session

Y’all, this bridal session almost didn’t happen! But I’m so glad it did, and now that Kalee is now a Mrs., (eek!!) I am so excited to share her gorgeous bridal session with you! When we talked about what Kalee wanted for her bridal session, she just had one request… She wanted to go somewhere pretty! Well, as everyone knows, pretty scenery, in Texas, in February, is not the easiest thing to find! The good thing is, when you have a bride that is as beautiful as Kalee, both inside and out, it really doesn’t matter where you shoot because she becomes the only pretty thing that matters! I mean, Kalee just lights up a room when she walks in and so I knew that anywhere we went, she would make it pretty 😉

And boy was I right! We ended up deciding to have her bridal session at the Grapevine Botanical Gardens, hoping there may be a little color that had begun to bloom. Luckily, there was, but there was a different problem… The gardens were also under construction! It didn’t matter though because Kalee was absolutely stunning in her gown and no matter where we went in the gardens she just shined! Kalee brought her best friend, and maid of honor, Erica and her sweet mom with her to help her during her session. Erica was a pro when it came to veil fluffing, as we would soon find out, and mom was always telling Kalee how beautiful she was! At the very end we made sure to get a few shots of them with her too!
