Elise & Adrian’s Elegant Holiday Wedding

This day started with a lot squeals, hugs and “oh my goodness it’s finally here!”. It seems like only yesterday that we had Elise in for her consultation, but it had actually been over a year! Elise and I met a few years ago through a wonderful networking community, The Rising Tide Society. She has a business called EKM Consultations, where she helps brides feel beautiful and confident for their wedding day, and she had reached out looking for vendors to partner with on her blog. I reached out, and we found out we only lived a little ways from each other! So of course, we became friends 🙂 And here we are, two years later and it’s her wedding day!!!

Our day started at the Omni Hotel in downtown Fort Worth, where Adrian and Elise were getting ready with their entourage! Let me tell you what, we walked in, and to our surprise, all of the girls were completely done with hair and makeup! This NEVER happens! Round of applause to Grand Slam Glam for being so amazing! Now we get to just hang out and relax as we photograph a few details and everyone hanging out together! Elises’s bridesmaids were so incredibly sweet, and the groomsmen are too much fun! It’s no wonder they are all such great friends and close family members! After everyone was ready, we all headed over to the TCU Campus for the first look and formal portrait time!

It may have been December but it was a beautiful 60 degrees outside and we had tons of beautiful light throughout the day! Their ceremony at the Robert Carr Chapel was simply beautiful and after they walked down the aisle, they actually walked back to the front to do a receiving line so they could hug every single guest who was there to share this day with them! How incredibly sweet! We spent a few more minutes getting some “Just Married!” photos around the campus and then we all climbed in the limo to head over to the T&P Station to party!

Reception time comes and let me tell you, these guys know how to party! Mariachi band, surprise Father-Daughter fun dance and an incredible DJ to keep the dance floor packed! We had a BLAST, and so did everyone there! It’s a night I know no one will soon forget!

This wedding was the LAST ONE of 2019 and I couldn’t think of a more perfect couple to end with than these two. Adrain and Elise, we love you both! Your day was a dream and it was such a privilege to be the ones there to capture it!! Thank you for allowing us to be there!!!
